Return and Refund Policy

At AIKartDrop, your satisfaction is our priority. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly and fairly.

1. Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at info@aikartdrop.com with your order number, photos of the product, and reason for return.
  • Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Important Note: For orders with quality issues, damage, or incorrect items, we can process a refund or resend without requiring the product to be returned. However, for returns due to incorrect size selection, mistaken orders, or not liking the product:

  • Only returns for refunds are supported.
  • You must bear the return shipping costs.
  • You are responsible for arranging the return and generating the return label.
  • The final resolution will be based on the dispute processing result.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.
  • We will either:
    • Resend the product at no cost, or
    • Refund you in full.


3. Missing or Incorrect Items

  • If your order is missing items or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will send the correct or replacement item or issue a full refund.

4. Orders Not Received

  • If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local delivery office.
  • If the package is still missing, you may be asked to provide a non-delivery statement from the carrier before we process a replacement or refund.
  • If your order does not arrive within 45 days from the shipping date and tracking shows no delivery, you are eligible for a full refund or reshipment.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped.
  • Once an order is in fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., flowers or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). Contact us with questions or concerns about specific items.

7. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
